Understanding odds is the first step to smarter betting. Here's a simple breakdown.
All odds on tk887 are displayed in decimal format. For example, odds of 2.50 mean a ৳100 bet returns ৳250 (including ৳150 profit). The formula is simple: Stake × Odds = Total Return.
Odds change before and during a match. When a lot of people bet on one team, that team's odds drop. If you notice a big shift on the other side, it's worth looking into why.
A value bet is when you believe a team's actual chance of winning is higher than what the odds suggest. tk887's experts identify these value markets every day.
| Stake (BDT) | Odds | Total Return (৳) | Profit (৳) | Implied Probability |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 100 | 1.50 | 150 | 50 | 66.7% |
| 250 | 2.00 | 500 | 250 | 50.0% |
| 500 | 2.50 | 1,250 | 750 | 40.0% |
| 1,000 | 3.00 | 3,000 | 2,000 | 33.3% |
| 2,000 | 5.00 | 10,000 | 8,000 | 20.0% |
In online betting, the difference in odds is a direct difference in your profit. The odds you see on tk887 are among the most competitive in the market. Most betting sites in Bangladesh offer a payout rate of 92–94%, while tk887 goes up to 98%. That means you get more value on every single bet.
Tk887's odds team monitors the markets around the clock, adjusting odds as new match information comes in. Injury news, pitch reports, or lineup changes are reflected in the odds within minutes. These real-time updates keep tk887's odds as close to reality as possible at all times.
Tk887 is especially strong when it comes to live betting. Odds update over-by-over throughout the match, giving in-play bettors a real edge. In cricket, odds shift after every ball; in football, after every corner. Reading and acting on these movements is what separates sharp bettors from the rest.
Sometimes a match attracts heavy betting on one side, which drives that side's odds down. If the other side still has genuine potential, that's where you find real value. tk887's analysis section flags these over-rounded markets so you can spot the opportunity.
Beyond the match winner, tk887 offers 50+ betting markets per match. In cricket, you can bet on the toss outcome, the time of the first wicket, runs scored in a specific over, or whether a batter will hit a half-century. In football, there's correct score, first goalscorer, number of yellow cards, and much more.
A tip for new bettors: start by focusing only on the Match Winner market. It's straightforward, easy to understand, and the odds are fairly clear. As you gain experience, gradually move on to Handicap, Over/Under, or Special markets. On the tk887 platform, each market comes with a simple explanation right alongside it.
